• It’s simpler. You’ll now be able to open your case from the website, but after that all correspondence will be through your email!
• It’s more secure. Ticket histories are no longer stored on the site; if you need to look at a previous case, it’ll be right there in your own email.
• It’s more satisfying. Like how your case was handled? Think we could have done better? You can now rate and provide feedback on how your case was handled.
