bu kadar basıt bır olayı cozemeyecek kadar perısan halde olmus oyun 2 gündür charım bugta sinirden ne yapacagımı sasırdım. size gönderdiğim ve gelen tıcket cevabını atıyorum ne yapsam sızce?

I've got a problem which is about accessing to the game. When I try to log in to the game, I get the error called 'user already logged in'. As a matter of fact, I'm unable to log in to the game. And hence, owing to the stataments that I've already mentioned, there must be some problems related to that issue. As a consequence, I really need you help me and get the problem fixed as soon as possible.
