Some users will have difficulties connecting to certain servers such as Deutschland_1, International, Europe, and Turkey_vs_Greece. We are aware of these server issues and are working diligently to resolve them. Further updates on this issue will be posted in this official thread.
For the time being, you should still be able to connect to your selected server, it just take a little time.

UPDATE 1: If you receive a "User already logged in" error, please wait for a minutes before trying again. This error will resolve itself.
UPDATE 2: The servers will go down for an emergency maintenance. An XP event will begin when the servers come back online!
