'Greetings War Rock Team. Though there is a player who wants to join my clan, i've not been able to accept his request yet. I do not know why. But, there is to be a problem about the clan system. I mean, as the 'FAQ' says, all of the clan's chairmans have the right to accept at most 20 players' requests. At any rate, up to now i've already got only 16 players in my clan, so there must a problem and hence; i'd love you all to help me so as to solve this issue.
