Gizli soru cevabımı unuttuğumdan değiştirmem gerekiyordu ve internette bulunan ticket örneklerinden uygun olanı doğru bir şekilde doldurup destek bileti olarak yolladım. Bana gelen cevap bu biliyorum Click and Buy kullanıyorsanız 9 haneli müşteri ID'ınızı yada Moneybookers'taki mart ayı ID'i veya ESN ise son 6 ay felan filan. Ben 6 ay içerisindeki bütün ESNlerimi ticketta yolladım fakat bana yine böyle bir cevap geldi. Bilen birisi yardım edebilirmi ? Şimdiden teşekkürlerimi sunarım..

Hmm peki bana gelen o cevap ticket'ının üzerine nasıl gönderebilirim ki ? Yani warrock'ın destek bölümündeki ticket sistemi biraz olsa eskiye göre değişmiş. Orada bölümüm diye bir yervar ama orasıda şu aralar arızalı galiba attığın ticketları göremiyorsun. Oradan takip edebilme hatta ticketa ekleme çıkarma bile yapılabiliyormuş ama orda hiçbirşey gösterilemiyor diyor. Neyse dediğinizi bir uygulayayım. Teşekkürler.
